Flake ice

Kingwell 5 tons flake ice machine KW-F5 (well call this machine in short of KW-F5 below) can produce 5 tons flake ice in 24 hours.

The flake ice is pure, dry, smooth without any edges, it will not damage the cooling stuff. It is widely used to keep fresh of meat, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables etc. And it often appears in markets, supermarkets, fishing boats, etc.


Features of the machine KW-F5

  • Simple refrigeration system: easy to operate and maintain, very less fault.

  • Intelligent control: we adopt PLC to control the ice making system, all the working process are controlled by the PLC, so it’s really easy to operate it.

  • Storage room for flake ice: We can design a storage room by insulation panels (like the picture showed) to install flake ice temporary. Of cource, this storage room can be equipped with cooling system.

  • Power consumption: about 70-80KW*H to make 1 ton ice, it depends on the ambient temperature.

Water consumption: about 1.05 tons water to make 1 ton ice.
